Great Support

I purchased this product several days ago and, due to my ability to be dense, could not understand where to put my sign in and password to activate Hulu. I emailed tech support and Z was quick to assist me. I have been watching Hulu non-stop from my Mac and love it!
It is very much worth the fee to purchase for the convenience! Great support and convenience makes it a bargain!
